The collection contains nine linear feet of material divided into fifteen series. The series are arranged in alphabetical order and the information within them is arranged chronologically. The series are arranged as follows:

Series I: Auxiliary Series II: Committees Series III: Community Series IV: Departments Series V: Education Series VI: Financial Series VII: Hyperbaric Chamber Series VIII: Legal Series IX: Miscellaneous Series X: Other Hospitals Series XI: Papers within the collection Series XII: Personnel Series XIII: Plans and Planning Series XIV: Properties Series XV: Reports and Studies.

The collection had no discernible arrangement when accessioned. The archivist determined the series, but the subseries are based upon the file titles established by the Planning Department.
